Semiconductor optical amplifier (SOAs) have proven to be versatile and multi-functional devices that are key building blocks for fiber coupled photonics systems !

  • 4 SOA optical amplifiers models around 785, 1030/1064, 1310 or 1550 nm.
  • All stock items have PM fibers and  are polarization dependent. The 1310 nm and 1550 nm models are also available as polarization independent devices.
  • High gain (>25-35 dB) and high output power (>100 mW / 20 dBm)
  • High extinction ratio : >>50 dB
  • High speed : down to 500 ps rise/fall time
